Questo annuncio è per chi ama il mare, il vento, la vela e la buona cucina.
Siamo una coppia (Comandante e Chef), armatori di IAIAI, bella e veloce barca da Crociera/Regata, un Elan 37 armato in modo maniacale per ottimizzare le eccitanti prestazioni a vela ma anche per offrire momenti indimenticabili di relax e di ottima cucina.
Perchè andare a cena in riva al mare quando si può cenare direttamente sul mare, alla fonda accarezzati dalla fresca brezza marina, mentre in pozzetto si sorseggia l' aperitivo pregustando la cena a "La Carte" che le mani esperte di Dany stanno preparando giù in dinette, dopo aver trascorso la giornata a veleggiare nel fantastico golfo di Trieste, che ti può regalare momenti di pura adrenalina con la sua Bora rafficata ma anche veleggiate paradisiache sospinti dalla brezza tra Duino e Miramare, Muggia e Pirano; oppure in un' insenatura di una bellezza mozzafiato al termine di una giornata passata navigando tra le isole delle azzurre acque Croate
Vogliamo approfittare dell' opportunità che la legge dà agli armatori come noi, offrendo un servizio di noleggio occasionale a chi ama il mare, con uscite in giornata, nei week ends e crociere settimanali, ma siamo anche a disposizione per cercare di soddisfare richieste diverse per conciliare le vostre esigenze con le nostre possibilità.
L' ambiente è molto familiare ma offriamo la massima riservatezza perchè IAIAI ha una sorprendente capacità di creare angoli di assoluta privacy per vivere i vostri momenti indimenticabili.
Adesso un po' di informazioni su di noi:
Io sono Marcello, per mare da quasi 40 anni e da circa una decina sono armatore. Oltre alle qualifiche della Marina Mercantile (certificato IMO n.0897 , Incendio Base ed Avanzato, Sopravvivenza e Salvataggio, Primo Soccorso, PSSR, Addestramento Navi Passeggeri diverse dal tipo RO/RO) e naturalmente alla Patente da Diporto (senza limiti) ho il Certificato OSR (protocollo ISAF) rilasciato dal centro studi "I Ragazzi del Parsifal" di Umberto Verna. Ho partecipato con IAIAI a numerose regate nell' Adriatico. I risultati più prestigiosi sono stati un secondo posto IRC alla 500x2 del 2012, un terzo posto ORC alla 500x2 del 2014, un quarto posto classifica x2 nel Campionato Italiano ORC Off Shore 2014, primo posto alla Trieste Brioni Trieste x2 del 2012. Nel 2013 con Dany abbiamo vinto la classifica di categoria Bravo "Solo Due" dell' Alto Adriatico. Primo assoluto alla classicissima "15 Miglia in Solitario" 2015 della Società Nautica Grignano
Dany è la perfetta compagna da avere a bordo, è una macchina da guerra. Al mio fianco in pozzetto quando le condizioni sono impegnative, la trovi subito dopo in dinette a sfornare pane fresco, focaccia, pizza e torte, il tutto impastato e fatto a mano un attimo prima. Tutto quello che cucina è fatto con ingredienti genuini, salutari ed il minimo apporto di grassi. E’ anche in grado di preparare piatti gustosissimi per vegetariani e vegani nonchè specialità di cucina locale ed internazionale. Ha fatto numerosi corsi di Cucina Internazionale a Udine, ha effettuato il Corso di Aiuto Cuoco all' Università dei Sapori di Perugia ed è in possesso del certificato HACCP rilasciato dall' ASL. Ha un raffinato gusto nel creare un ambiente perfetto per ogni tipo di occasione (oltre che un ottimo senso dell' umorismo) ed ama coccolare le persone a tavola.

A richiesta siamo anche in grado di organizzare accoglienza per le notti antecedente e post crociera come anche il trasporto dall'/all' aeroporto di Trieste (Ronchi dei Legionari).

We are a couple (Skipper and Chef), owners of IAIAI, nice and fast Cruiser/Racer sail boat, an Elan 37 armed maniacally to optimize exciting sailing performance but also to offer unforgettable moments of relaxation and good food.
Why go dining by the sea when you can dine righton the sea, at anchor caressed by cool sea breeze, while sipping an aperitif in the cockpit, anticipating dinner “A La Carte" that Dany’s expert hands are preparing down in dinette, after having spent the day sailing in the fantastic Gulf of Trieste, which can give moments of pure adrenaline with its gusted Bora, but also paradisiacal sailing driven by the breeze between Duino and Miramare, Muggia and Piran; or in a breathtakingly beautiful cove at the end of a day spent sailing in the blue waters between the Croatian islands.
We want to take advantage of the opportunities that the law gives to the owners like us, offering an occasional rental service to sea lovers, with tours in the day, on week-ends and weekly cruises, but we are also available to meet different requirements trying to match your needs with our skills.
The environment is very familiar, but we offer the utmost confidentiality because IAIAI has an amazing ability to create corners of absolute privacy to enjoy your unforgettable moments.
Now a bit of information about us:
I am Marcello, at sea for almost 40 years and owner since about ten. In addition to the qualifications of the Merchant Marine (IMO certificate n.0897, Fire Fighting Basic and Advanced, Survival and Rescue, First Aid, PSSR, Training Ship Passengers different type RO / RO) and of course of the Italian Licence for Recreational Boats (no limitations), I have the OSR Certificate (ISAF Protocol ) issued by the Study Center "I Ragazzi del Parsifal" by Umberto Verna. I participated in many regattas with IAIAI in the Adriatic. The most prestigious results are second place at the IRC 500x2 of 2012, a third place at the ORC 500x2 2014, fourth place in the Championship standings x2 of the Italian ORC Off Shore in 2014, first place at Trieste- Brioni-Trieste x2 of 2012. In 2013, with Dany we won the ranking category Bravo "Only Two" of the Northern Adriatic. First Overall at the classic event "15 Miglia in Solitario" 2015 organized by Società Nautica Grignano.
Dany is the perfect partner to have on board, she is a war machine. By my side in the cockpit when the conditions are challenging, you can find her right after in the dinette baking fresh bread, focaccia, pizza and cakes, all mixed and hand-made just a moment before. All her food is made with fresh ingredients, healthy and with the minimum intake of fat. She also cooks delicious dishes for vegetarians and vegans as well as specialties of local and international cuisine. She attended to numerous courses of International Cuisine in Udine, the Course of Sous Chef by the “Università dei Sapori” of Perugia and is in possession of the HACCP certificate issued by the ASL. She has a fine taste in creating a perfect environment for every occasion (and a great sense of humor) and loves to spoil people at the table.

Upon request we are also able to arrange accommodation for the nights before and after the cruise as well as the transportation from/to Trieste airport (Ronchi dei Legionari).
